This segment includes modern portable garden power tools like brush cutters, chain saws, grass-trimmers, pole pruners, etc. The motor of these machines are powered by two-stroke/ four-stroke petrol engines or by battery and is designed for both domestic and commercial usage.

Brush Cutter – Brush cutter is a tool fitted with powerful two-stroke and four-stroke engines ranging from around 25cc to more than 50cc suited for quick clearance of dense scrub and undergrowth on undeveloped land. It comes with different kinds of cutter options however the Nylon ropes and metal blades (two teeth and three teeth) are the more common ones. Nylon trimmer are used for cutting long grass and other light vegetation whereas the metal blades, on the other hand, will tear through dense vegetation with ease. Many brush cutters come with both a nylon line trimmer head and a blade as standard, allowing you to switch between the two to suit the job at hand.

Chain Saw - A chainsaw is a portable, mechanical saw which cuts with a set of teeth attached to a rotating chain that runs along a guide bar. It is used to cut anything from smaller branches and firewood, to thick, fully grown forest trees. The motor of a chainsaw are powered electrically or by petrol engines.
