Job Description:

# Responsible for basic sales target fixation and achievement of entire product range.  

# To devise strategy for new products sales with time bound activities & periodically review the same.  

# Increase network in the area to conduct Brand building activities ; dealer development

# Monitoring of Dealer Network on day to day basis, and their coverage on village level  

# Planning business strategy according to the competition in the market and their strategies and taking steps to enhance market share.  

# Liasoining with State Agricultural department for business enhancement of our products & timely release of subsidy.

QUALIFICATION : Graduate with Agricultural background.

REQD. EXP : 10 - 15 years experience in Selling Power Tillers, Tractors, Pumps or allied Agro Products.
