Rath Yatra Utsav Jeeto Apna Bike - Customer Lucky Draw Contest

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Rath Yatra Utsav Jeeto Apna Bike customer lucky draw contest (“Contest”) organised by BTL EPC Limited, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”. Participation in the aforesaid contest constitutes unconditional and equivocal acceptance of the following Terms by the participants including the winners

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Contest is open only to the end-users who purchase the selected Shrachi Agrimech machinery (Power Tiller, Power Weeder & Power Reaper) from the eligible authorised dealers in the state of Odisha, India from 27/06/25 till 20/7/25.
1.2. Customers should:
1.2.1 Purchase from an eligible authorised dealer from 27/06/25 till 20/7/25.
1.2.2 Customers need to fill up all the details of the online participation form including submission of a clear photo or scanned copy of the product invoice and/or the road challan, and product handover photograph to validate participation.
1.3. Employees, channel partners, and family members of the Organiser, its affiliates, or dealers are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Entry Process

2.1. Each valid product purchase entitles the customer to one entry into the contest.
2.2. Customers must submit their details as mentioned in Point 1.2.2
2.3. Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries will be automatically disqualified.
2.4. Forms should be submitted the day the purchase and handover is done.

3. Selection of Winners

3.1. Winners will be selected through a randomized lucky draw process from all valid and verified entries as per the eligibility criteria.
3.2. The draw will be conducted after the contest is over in the presence of the concerned officials of the organiser at the corporate office.
3.3. The decision of the Organiser will be final and binding upon all the participants including the winners and no representation and/or correspondence regarding the aforesaid draw will be entertained by the Organiser.
3.4. Winners will be announced through phone calls, and/or WhatsApp, and/or Organiser’s official channels.

4. Prizes

4.1. Prizes include:

4.2. The Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
4.3. All government taxes, levies, and documentation charges (if any) on the said prizes will be borne by the winners only. All other related expenses including but not limited to annual maintenance charges, recurring costs, defect liabilities, repairing charges will also be borne by the winners and the Organiser shall have no further liabilities.
4.4. The Brands and models will be selected by the Organiser based on availability at the time of dispatch.
4.5. For Honda Shine 125cc Motorbike winner the applicable road taxes and/or insurance and/or additional government levies related to the said motorbike will be borne by the winner only.

5. Verification and Disqualification

5.1. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all entries using the details entered by the customer in the online participation form.
5.2. The Entries with fraudulent and/or altered and/or tampered invoices and/or road challan will be rejected and shall lead to disqualification.
5.3. One mobile number and one invoice and/or road challan can be entered only once. Multiple entries with the same purchase will be disqualified.

6. Organiser Rights

6.1. The Organiser reserves the right to modify and/or postpone and/or suspend, and/or cancel the aforesaid Contest in part or in full at any time without prior notice.
6.2. The Organiser reserves the right to provide the substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value and the participants including the winners shall have to accept the same without any dispute.
6.3. The Organiser will not be liable for any force majeure and/or technical issues and/or delays and/or loss of entries due to network problems.

7. Publicity

7.1. By participating, the participants including the winners are giving unconditional and equivocal consent to the use of their name and/or photo and/or location by Organiser for promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All the disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal Exclusively under laws of India.
